Return Policy

‏The return policy is within three days only from the date the customer receives the order, except in the following cases:

Alatfayn Store Company has the right to approve or disapprove the return of products that do not meet the above-mentioned standards.

‏Note that the warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include misuse.

‏An example of misuse is a device that was purchased from Al-Atfain Store and was working normally until it fell and no longer works.

‏- If a product is ordered that contains a manufacturing defect, the user has the right to request another intact copy for free or to get his money back in full.

‏- When you wish to return any order, please keep the device box, as orders that do not contain the order box cannot be accepted for return.

‏- The user bears the cost of shipping the order to return it from the Gulf countries, but the return in Qatar is free if the previous conditions are met.
